Job Description:

Ensure the Company's Quality systems and procedures meet government, certification, and customer requirements, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

Maintain and update the Quality Manual.
Control and approve internal procedures.
Conduct audits to ensure company-wide compliance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including preventive actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to support the Quality System and operational efficiency.
Achieve departmental and corporate goals by managing staff, evaluating activities, identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and recommending system improvements.
Maintain and enhance product quality through audits, customer complaint investigations, and collaboration with management on new product designs, engineering, manufacturing, and training methods.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of proven quality management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
Strong familiarity with ISO compliance.
MRP knowledge; SAP experience preferred.
ISO9001/AS9100 Lead Auditor training.
Proven experience in statistical analysis.
Experience with material and inventory control systems such as Kanban, SMI, and Continuous Flow Manufacturing.
Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing concepts.
