Apply today and be part of our mission to empower lives through compassionate mental health care!Requirements:Must have a Master's degree in the human services field (able to diagnose)Must be license eligible or independently licensedMust be MA CANS certified (before start date)Ability to respond to written and verbal communication in a clear, timely, respectful, and effective mannerEngage youth and families in family therapy, assess and diagnose with DSM-5 diagnoses, and be able to educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs as indicatedMust value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the workUtilize agency technology in order to complete documentsProficient with Google WorkspaceProven ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must have reliable transportation to transport to and within our catchment areaApproved CORI checkPreferred Skills & Qualifications: At least one year of experience working with youth with mental health needsKnowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child/family-serving systems Bilingual (Spanish speaking) Work Location: Hybrid (In person/ Remote) Direct Supervisor: CBHI SupervisorCompensation details: 58000-63000 Yearly SalaryPI0fd94376ce0a-25660-36146471
