You will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company's well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model.Responsibilities and DutiesNOTE: You MUST be a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA (not a personal trainer).

• Provide one-to-one health coaching for employees.
• Provide triage and acute services to various trades at a construction site.
• Lead stretch and flex warm-up sessions for various workers onsite.
• Work closely with safety committees, union representatives, and foremen to provide wellness education to the population.
• Create and deploy health promotion, education, activities and challenges.
• Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software.
• Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided).Requirements:Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required.Ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple priorities.Preferred:

• Experience providing workplace wellness programs and/or wellness education/formal training.
• Experience with construction/manufacturing setting.
• Trained to provide cholesterol and blood pressure screenings.
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques.
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Adept at counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds.Qualifications and SkillsEducation Requirements:Required: BS Degree in Community Health Education or related field.Required: Certified Athletic Trainer, NATA.This is an ONSITE role.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $24.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:
