Job Description:
A company is looking for an Off Hours Support resource to
provide out-of-hours assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and provide first-level support and triage
Capture relevant details and raise tickets for unresolved
issues
Determine if issues need escalation or can wait until the next
working shift
Required Qualifications
Certification in at least one Epic application (e.g., Grand
Central, OpTime/Anesthesia, Orders, ClinDoc/Stork, ASAP,
Willow)
Consideration for candidates certified in Cupid or
Prelude/Cadence/Springboard
Experience with the client's Incident Management system (vFire)
Availability to work specified hours (Mon-Fri: 4pm - 8am; Sat-Sun:
12am - 12am)
Ability to work remotely and manage tickets effectively
