Procurement ManagerIndividual Contributor - Remote
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing and
purchasing of services, equipment, and materials required to support our transportation operations. As an
individual contributor, you will play a key role in supplier management, cost optimization, contract
negotiations, and ensure the timely delivery of projects that meet our quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's operational goals and budget.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with transportation vendors, and carriers,
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure cost savings and value creation.
• Manage orders, and procurement activities and document with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure procurement supports business needs
  and timelines.
• Monitor market trends and vendor performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement spending.
  Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the transportation
    or logistics industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven experience with vendor management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducation:
    Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or related field.What We Offer:
